Ghilux – compact brass ball valve

Aignep’s Ghilux ball valves are a range of compact brass valves available in multiple configurations and connections. The ball is sealed with PTFE seats and the spindle (stem) with an NBR O-ring. Viton® (FKM) spindle seal available on request for higher operating temperatures.

Ghilux is intended for general service such as compressed air, neutral gases, water, oils and greases. Its attractive pricing is especially interesting for high-volume users. Aignep is one of the leading suppliers of cutting ring fittings. The standard lever colour is blue; other colours are available by ordering lever colour plates.

Maximum operating pressure: 20 bar.

Temperature range: −20 °C to +80 °C.

Model Orient is a nickel-plated brass ball valve. Suitable for compressed air applications up to 50 bar. Also suitable for heating, air conditioning and water. Threads to ISO 228 (equivalent to DIN EN ISO 228 / BS EN ISO 228).

Vienna

Model Vienna is a nickel-plated brass ball valve. Suitable for compressed air applications up to 50 bar (see table). Also suitable for heating, air conditioning and water. Threads to ISO 228 (equivalent to DIN EN ISO 228 / BS EN ISO 228). Rolled steel handle.

Ideal
