The AirSaver helps you save money and energy by preventing unnecessary compressed air loss. This reduces compressor usage and extends its service life.
You install the AirSaver in the piping network at the air outlet of the air receiver. An internal relay connected to an external switch and power supply controls the AirSaver.
The AirSaver can be connected to a light switch. When the light in the production area is switched on, the ball valve opens and the compressed air stored in the air receiver flows into the piping network. The compressor only starts up to produce the air required to fill the system. When the light is switched off, the ball valve closes and the air receiver is once again isolated from the compressed air network.
The installation of an AirSaver pays for itself in almost all systems within just a few months.
