When chemical resistance is essential

These clean fittings from Sang-A are ideally suited for applications where chemical resistance is critical. They achieve chemical resistance through the use of materials such as PP and stainless steel 1.4301 (304).

All components are washed, assembled and packaged in a cleanroom using oil-free production machines. The thread is available either in PP or in a more robust version with stainless steel 1.4301 (304). Thanks to the transparent property of PP, it is possible to see the fluid flowing through.

It is important to assemble these fittings with the correct tightening torque.

Highly suitable for chemical environments

This series of clean fittings from Sang-A is highly suitable for chemical applications. All wetted parts of these fittings are made of PP. These fittings are a very economical alternative to stainless steel when extreme pressures and/or temperatures are not required.
