Screw-in Fittings for High Pressure

Screw-in Fittings for High Pressure

High pressure for grease lubrication systems

Lubrication systems require fittings capable of handling higher pressures to force grease between the lubricating surfaces.

These push-in fittings use a collet to hold the tube in place. The advantage of this is that as the pressure increases, the clamping force also increases due to the conical shape of the collet.

It is not recommended to use standard tubing in lubrication systems. Let us recommend you on the right tubing.

Note: the maximum pressure for liquids is 150 bar; for air, the maximum is 30 bar.

Use compatible tubing

It is important to use air tubing that is suitable for high pressure, such as PA6 or PA66.
