Extremely robust design

Although the assembly of an insert fitting requires considerably more time than that of a push-in fitting, it is still used due to its extremely robust design.

First mount the body, then place the nut over the tube, slide the tube onto the sleeve, and screw the nut tight to lock the tube in place.

Make sure that the tube dimensions match the nut and sleeve sizes of the fitting.

The pressure range of the insert fitting is determined by the selected tube.

Where some suppliers provide a weak joint between the thread and the body, Aignep has developed a very stable connection for you using a bronze retaining ring. For us, quality comes first.
