The SL.PE is a low-density PE (polyethylene) tube. PE is a relatively rigid and kink-sensitive tubing that should preferably not be bent excessively. It can be used from -10 °C to +60 °C, but it is not mechanically robust, which limits its operating pressures.
The tube is hydrolysis-resistant, and PE has exceptionally good chemical resistance. This makes the tubing widely applicable—please consult the chemical resistance charts. Available colours are black, blue and white. Despite its attractive price, we recommend that you select this tubing with care.
