PTFE - Chemical Resistant

PTFE - Chemical Resistant

No dirt adhesion inside the tube

The SL.PTFE is a Teflon® (polytetrafluoroethylene) tube. PTFE is a relatively rigid tube with reasonable mechanical properties that should preferably not be bent excessively.

This tube can be used from -200 °C up to +260 °C, with permissable operating pressures decreasing as the temperature increases.

The chemical resistance of the SL.PTFE is virtually universal, and thanks to its extremely smooth surface and low coefficient of friction, no dirt adheres to the inside of the tube. The tube is self-extinguishing (UL 94 V0), highly resistant to UV and radiation, exhibits virtually no ageing and is non-toxic. Please consult the chemical resistance charts. Available colour: white.
