Together Towards a Fairer and More Sustainable World

Developing products is a creative process — with your customer, with your machines, or with your own innovations. It is one of the most inspiring aspects of our work, and it is where we draw much of our energy from.

But the world is bigger than machines, trailers, and glass lines. Much more is happening, and Q Plus is committed to contributing to a fairer and more sustainable future.

EcoVadis Committed badge

We are proud to share that Q Plus has been awarded the EcoVadis Committed badge, recognising our efforts in sustainable business practices. In our assessment, we scored above average in the areas of Environment and Labour & Human Rights. This is a strong result, and we are determined to continue improving our contribution to a sustainable future.

EcoVadis is an internationally recognised sustainability rating platform. It provides companies with insight into their supply chains and evaluates business performance across various themes of corporate social responsibility.

We Support Doctors Without Borders

Not everyone lives in a socially developed environment as we do. Safety, nutrition, medical care, and a brighter future are not a given everywhere — and we want to make a difference.

Q Plus structurally supports development projects and emergency aid. We have chosen to focus especially on Africa, where we partner with Doctors Without Borders (Médecins Sans Frontières) to provide medical aid and emergency relief.

100% Green Energy from Solar Panels

Since 2013, Q Plus has been fully powered by green energy from its own solar panels. With 245 PV panels generating 60 megawatts annually, we prevent more than 31 tonnes of CO₂ emissions every year. This energy powers our Kardex systems, lighting, computers, and electric vehicle fleet.

Reusing Packaging Materials

We reuse as much of our suppliers’ packaging materials as possible to reduce waste streams. Wherever possible, we collaborate with our customers to establish circular packaging solutions.

Packaging Agreements that Reduce CO₂

By making clear agreements on packaging units, formats, and reuse, we work with you to reduce waste streams and CO₂ emissions. Our warehouse becomes an extension of your internal logistics.

Lower CO₂ Emissions Through Direct Shipping

We believe that far-reaching supply chain integration is the future. Why should your customer’s order pass through your warehouse first? We can ship directly to your customer in neutral packaging, leaving only the invoicing to you. This saves costs and significantly reduces CO₂ emissions.
