About Naili

Since 1999, Naili has been manufacturing compressors — but its expertise and experience with vane compressors dates back even further. Today, around 720 employees work in its rapidly growing factory, producing more than 80,000 compressors annually, ranging from 1.5 kW to 220 kW.

With a broad customer base and decades of close cooperation with the market, Naili has built unparalleled expertise in manufacturing high-quality compressors. This has led not only to the development and production of industrial compressors but also to its position as the market leader in vane compressors for electrically powered vehicles.

Its 50,700 m² production facility includes its own aluminium foundry, PM motor production, CNC machining, paint shop, R&D, quality control, and assembly lines with facilities for 100% final testing.

Naili Compressors at Q Plus

The AB Series is equipped with a sound-insulated housing, making the compressor extremely quiet in operation. In line with health and safety regulations, this allows the compressor to be positioned close to the workplace. The housing is easy to remove, ensuring maintenance can be carried out with minimal effort.

The simple control system supports ease of use and also allows up to 16 compressors to be operated in cascade, ensuring the required air output and optimal load distribution per machine.

A large radiator ensures that the discharge air temperature is only 10 °C above ambient temperature, enabling direct connection to a compressed air dryer before entering the tank.

Because vane compressors contain very few wear-prone parts, maintenance requirements are minimal compared to other technologies.
