Cylinders with a through-rod piston are mainly used in situations where the load on the piston rod is too high for the standard models. By moving the bearing points of the rod to the two end caps (instead of end cap and piston), the cylinder can withstand a much higher load, or you can use smaller cylinder diameters depending on the force requirements.
The PDMPA variant features an anti-rotation function. This is often used in applications where the piston rod must not rotate. This cylinder prevents any unwanted rotation during operation.
For models with male thread on the piston rod, simply add an M to the article number.
