Increase the Speed of Moving Components with a Quick Exhaust Valve

A quick exhaust valve allows return air to be released from the system quickly and efficiently, increasing the speed of the moving component.

Brass

Standard brass quick exhaust valves are fitted with an NBR diaphragm (-20°C | +80°C). If a wider temperature range is required, this can be replaced with a PU diaphragm (-30°C | +100°C).

Stainless Steel

Stainless steel quick exhaust valves with connection sizes 1/8” and 1/4” are equipped with an FKM diaphragm (-10°C | +120°C). Connection sizes 3/8” and 1/2” come with a PU diaphragm (-20°C | +80°C).
