For many years, Q Plus has been supplying the family-owned company De Rooij in Waalwijk with the necessary pneumatics for the activities of De Rooij Staltechniek. In 2021, the construction of a second building opposite the current one on the Tielstraat began.

AirQuick piping system in combination with health and safety compliant quick couplings
After several conversations with father and daughter de Rooij, they choose an AluSic compressed air piping system as the compressed air distribution network.
Both (mirrored) halls are identically equipped with a Ø32 ring piping and Ø15 drop lines from the AluSic Air Quick range. Each column is fitted with a compressed air connection so that compressed air supplies are within easy reach. The heath and safety compliant Prevost ASI06 couplings, the push-button coupling in accordance with the Orion profile, were chosen for this purpose.

During the process, installation staff were equipped with the advice of Q Plus' technical specialists. This resulted in a very nicely assembled piping system.
