D-Tec operates in a fairly competitive market. The challenge for QPlus was to design a high-quality manure valve (MZ cylinder) at low cost. In addition, this cylinder had to be available from stock at QPlus and there had to be the lowest possible inventory at D-Tec itself. 

A cylinder with improved seals and corrosion resistance

The engineers at Q Plus, in collaboration with its supplier Pemaks, have developed a cylinder that incorporates product improvements in addition to the existing functionalities. These include improved seals and corrosion resistance. Preconditions can also be easily met because the MZ valves are callable from stock for D-TEC.
