ISM Machinery has developed a highly successful prefab production line with a range of auxiliary tools, specifically designed for the prefab industry. This reduces waiting times and enables faster production cycles.
In these production lines, compressed air plays a vital role. To ensure sufficient compressed air capacity, ISM Machinery engaged the specialists from Coenraads Perslucht and Q Plus. They opted for Naili vane compressors to guarantee the reliability of the compressed air supply.

One of the projects where this has been installed is Rockzero by ROCKWOOL. Rockzero offers an innovative and circular prefab building system based on ROCKWOOL stone wool. It is a system that significantly exceeds building code requirements for façades and roofs in terms of energy efficiency, acoustics, and fire safety.

ISM Machinery and Rockzero have joined forces in prefab construction. The Naili compressors control this process in a redundant setup, ensuring a reliable and sufficient compressed air supply.
The main advantage of a vane compressor compared to other technologies is its mechanical simplicity. As a result, maintenance work on such a machine can be carried out quickly and easily. Add to this the fact that there are very few wear-sensitive parts, and it becomes clear that this is where the first gains in the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) can be achieved.
Significant savings can also be achieved in terms of energy consumption. Because the compressor oil does not require a long cooling-down period, the idle running time (unloaded operation) is negligible compared to, for example, a screw compressor.
The result of the strong collaboration between ISM Machinery, Rockzero Building Systems, Coenraads Perslucht, and Q Plus is that the current production lines are equipped with a reliable and low-maintenance compressed air supply, ensuring uninterrupted production.
