Our rotary joints are designed for extreme conditions, with a robust cast iron housing and carbon bearings capable of withstanding temperatures up to 350 °C.
Thanks to the robust cast iron housing and carbon bearing design, the HT series rotary joints are suitable for high temperatures up to 350 °C. The heavy-duty double bearing provides excellent shaft stability. The spherical-conical seal of wear-resistant carbon is enclosed between the stainless steel cover and stainless steel shaft. The inward-facing spherical cone ensures that the sealing ring is always pressure-loaded during pressure surges or start-up, preventing breakage. By using Turian rotary joints, a common start-up issue is avoided.
The rotary joints can be easily adapted for either rotating or stationary syphon pipe connections by inserting an adapter into the rear of the housing.
