Futura-series pressure regulators

Adjusting the Pressure Regulator

To set the pressure, pull the black knob upwards and turn it; after setting the desired pressure, push it back down into the locked position. By turning the white disc, slot holes become visible. By inserting a lock, the pressure regulator can only be adjusted by authorised personnel.

When multiple different pressures are required, you can use regulators with a through-feed design. In this model, the secondary pressure exits the regulator opposite the pressure gauge.

Pressure Range

When selecting a regulator, always consider the smallest pressure range suitable for your application, so the pressure can be set accurately.

Find the correct control range for your secondary pressure by checking the range indicated in the article code.

Connection

The pressure regulators feature a vent on the secondary side to relieve system pressure if it exceeds the set value. The arrow on the regulator indicates the flow direction from primary pressure (supply) to secondary pressure (system pressure). If the regulator constantly leaks after installation, it is very likely that the flow direction was not followed correctly. Rotate the regulator 180°, reposition the pressure gauge, and the issue will be resolved.
