Less leakage and maintenance, more safety in the workplace

High-vibration tools such as impact wrenches, pneumatic hammers and grinders transfer many vibrations and shocks through the plug into the quick coupling. Even with our hardened plugs, this is detrimental to the service life and tightness of the quick coupling.

That’s why we recommend using a flexible hose between the tool and the quick coupling in these applications. In this way, the vibrations are absorbed by the flexible hose and the connection with the compressed air coupling remains intact: less leakage, fewer replacements, less downtime and much greater safety in the workplace.
