Compression couplings are mainly used for medium pressures above 10 bar and up to 175 bar, depending on the diameter.
You can use tubing made of copper, steel, brass, plastic and even rubber hoses. Since the cutting ring creates a groove in the tubing during installation, this type of coupling is less suitable for applications with vibration or frequent temperature fluctuations.
Thanks to the use of a standardised cutting ring, the fittings are interchangeable with other brands.
Please refer to the installation instructions and be ware of the fact that the tube, pipe or hose may be the limiting factor in terms of pressure.
