AirQuick: instantly installable without special tools

This system can be assembled without special tools. With diameters Ø15, Ø22 and Ø28, it is perfectly suited for smaller piping systems and also for use in machine construction.

The push-in system allows for quick and easy installation. Disconnecting the tube is only possible with an adapter, which prevents unintentional disconnection.

AluSic Aluminium (blue): a corrosion-resistant system that is easy and quick to install

With an aluminium piping system, you benefit from excellent corrosion resistance. In addition, it can be installed quickly and is easy to relocate.

The system has been extensively tested by TÜV and successfully certified.

This system is available in diameters from Ø20 mm to Ø63 mm and is suitable for pressure and vacuum transport of neutral gases and water.

Nitrogen is used in many environments.

Car tyres are filled with nitrogen so they maintain pressure for longer, and in industry nitrogen is widely used to displace air (blanketing).

This prevents unwanted chemical reactions caused by the oxygen in the air, taking advantage of the fact that nitrogen reacts slowly or not at all with other substances.

AluSic has developed a nitrogen piping system specifically for these applications.

Air contains 78% nitrogen, and pure nitrogen under pressure behaves no differently from compressed air.

The nitrogen piping system is therefore built in the same way as the compressed air system, but its green colour makes it immediately recognisable as a system for nitrogen distribution.

Recognisable grey colour for visual identification

This system can be used for vacuum and is available in Ø63 mm.

The components are essentially identical to those of the blue aluminium compressed air system.

When using vacuum, it is important that the different piping systems can be distinguished by their own colour. This distinctive grey colour stands out visually next to the blue system.

Aluminium Modular System Ø16 and Ø25

The aluminium wall system consists of an extruded profile with two channels of Ø16 and Ø25 mm, combined with a range of plastic connectors. It is designed for creating a distribution system on machines and workstations.

This allows you to easily supply compressed air at two different pressures, two different gases, or a gas and a liquid. For example, you can mount take-off points and pressure regulators directly onto the profile. The system can be divided into multiple segments for highly flexible use.

Aluminium Modular System Ø80 and Ø110

The Sico80 and Sico110 systems, with internal diameters of Ø80 and Ø110 mm, are perfectly suited as the foundation for installations requiring large volumes. The system is extremely easy and quick to assemble thanks to the pre-machined profiles. Using saddle clamps, you can easily create a branch connection or combine the system with other AluSic product lines.
