Direct-Operated 2/2 and 3/2 Valves
Operation
The directly operated 2/2 and 3/2 valves are actuated directly by the solenoid. These valves feature a sealing gasket attached to a plunger. When the coil is energised, the valve opens as the plunger with the gasket is pulled upwards. When the coil is de-energised, the spring ensures the plunger with gasket closes the valve again.
Because these valves do not require a differential pressure or pilot pressure, they can be actuated from 0 bar. To lift the armature against the spring force and the medium, these valves require a higher coil power.

3/2 Valves with Large Orifice for Manifold and Direct Mounting
The valves from series E8 and E0 can be assembled in a manifold as well as mounted individually.
These modular valves offer only 3/2 functions in NO and NC versions, with orifice sizes ranging from 1.9 to 4.0 mm.
They are mainly used for signal or pilot functions.
The housings are made of die-cast zinc with a surface treatment and can be easily mounted in a modular design.
Optionally, the valves are available with or without manual override for testing or operating the valves without power.
Handy clips are available for DIN rail mounting.
The 28 mm wide coils are available in multiple voltages and are UL-CSA approved.
2/2 and 3/2 Valves for Manifold and Direct Mounting
The valves from series EM and EP can be assembled in a manifold as well as mounted individually.
These modular valves offer 2/2 and 3/2 functions, with orifice sizes ranging from 0.8 mm to 1.3 mm. They are mainly used for signal or pilot functions. The housings are made of die-cast zinc with a surface treatment and can be easily mounted in a modular design. Optionally, the valves are available with or without manual override for testing or operating without power. Handy clips are available for DIN rail mounting. The coils are available in multiple voltages and are UL-CSA approved.
As an alternative, a plastic modular valve (EP110) is available.
2/2 and 3/2 Valves for Direct Mounting (EV)
The valves from series EV and EVA are direct-operated valves with a small orifice of 1.0 or 1.3 mm.
They can be installed very compactly, and thanks to the integrated connections, they are visually appealing. Multiple connection options are available. Suitable for single-acting cylinders, filling applications, or simply blowing. The valve can be equipped with a splash-proof nut to secure the coil. Available in standard coil voltages.
