Booster cylinders increase the inlet pressure of compressed air for small withdrawals requiring higher air pressure. These cylinders are powered by the supply air itself, so always pay attention to the feed capacity.
We recommend using an air receiver tank at the outlet to avoid pressure surges.
This booster multiplies the inlet pressure of compressed air by 2, 3, or 4. These cylinders are suitable when you occasionally need higher compressed air pressure. This booster has a guaranteed lifetime of at least 20 million cycles (with oil-free air). The drive of this booster is the supply air itself — again, be mindful of the feed capacity.
Tip: use an air receiver tank at the outlet to avoid pressure surges.
Two models of this type are available: direct pressing and with pre-stroke. The pre-stroke increases the stroke length while maintaining the maximum pressure. These cylinders multiply the inlet pressure by 11 or 25.
