Stainless steel ISO 15552 cylinder suitable for the food industry and offshore

The YDM (stainless steel 304), YDM/RB (stainless steel 304 / stainless steel 316), and YDM/IC (stainless steel 316) have been developed for highly aggressive environments such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food industry, and offshore applications.

Thanks to the use of stainless steel, virtually all corrosion problems can be prevented and aggressive cleaning agents can be used.

The piston rod seal is specifically resistant to cleaning agents and ensures a long service life. The adjustable end-stroke cushioning screw is positioned entirely outside the cylinder, preventing dirt from accumulating inside and making cleaning easy, fully compliant with HACCP requirements. Mounting accessories are available in stainless steel.

The cylinders are also available with ATEX certification.

In short: a fully stainless steel 304 cylinder, ideally suited for light offshore and food industry applications.

On request, the YDM is also available with a through piston rod (YDMP).
