The BPX is a large, double shut-off quick coupling designed primarily for central supply lines.
The coupling is connected by screwing the parts together and is fitted with several external rubber rings to prevent damage during rough handling. Thanks to a special surface treatment, very little force is required for tightening.
With a nominal diameter of 37 mm and a maximum working pressure of 10 bar, the BPX is particularly suitable for:
The coupling is made of nickel-plated brass components and available with various sealing options.
The RMI series is widely used in plastics and aluminium die-casting industries for (cooling) water and thermal oil applications.
Available in bores from 6 to 37 mm, with multiple seals for higher temperatures. Different valve configurations allow you to choose which side of the line to close.
Multiple connection types available (threaded, hose barbs at various angles). Hardened plugs and robust locking sleeves ensure long service life. Compact design ensures excellent flow with low pressure drop.
The GPL coupling provides a completely free and large bore.
With bores of 25, 33 and even 50 mm, it enables extremely high flow rates of water or air. The hardened plug is locked in place with three pins for maximum safety. Connection is simple by pushing in; disconnection by pulling back the sleeve.
Working pressures up to 10 bar are possible. Seal materials can be tailored to your medium.
The Stäubli NCI33 is a manifold designed for cooling applications in the plastics industry. The manifold can be modularly assembled with 2 to 16 modules. These modules are swivel-mounted and can be positioned in any desired orientation.
The central inlet is 1.1/4" BSPP, and for the outlet you can choose between 3/8” BSPP and 1/2" BSPP.
