CGO & CGD | Compensation for Misalignment

Stäubli once again meets market demands with the Dry Break (Non-spill) CGO & CGD series. As liquid cooling is increasingly used for electronic components, the CGO & CGD quick couplings have been specially developed for connecting electronic cooling plates in assemblies.

Available in nominal bores of 3, 5, 8 and 12 mm.

Suitable for

Thanks to the aluminium alloy body and the wide range of sealing options, these quick couplings are suitable for a variety of cooling applications.

Compensation for Misalignment

The design of the CGO & CGD couplings allows them to compensate for misalignment during connection. If no misalignment needs to be compensated (e.g. connecting hoses to a cooling plate), the SPH/CG or SPT/CG series can also be used.

RME | Leak-Free During Connection and Disconnection

The RME series couplings are designed for cooling applications. They are leak-free during both connection and disconnection. Sealing takes place before the shut-off valves open, eliminating the need for circuit flushing and preventing contamination of the coolant.

SPT/CG | For Corrosive Media

The Stäubli SPT series is also available in a version specifically designed for electronics cooling. The SPT/CG is a Dry Break (Non-spill) coupling.

With its internal design, the SPT offers extremely low pressure drop in a very compact form. An ideal solution for connecting cooling plates. To prevent pressure build-up in the cooling system (caused by temperature fluctuations), the coupling can be equipped with an overpressure release valve.

Available in nominal bores of 5, 8, 10, 12, 17, 20 and 25 mm.

If misalignment compensation is required when connecting cooling plate assemblies, we recommend the Stäubli CGO or CGD series.

SPH/CG | Cooling Plate Connections

The Stäubli SPH series is now also available in a version specifically designed for electronics cooling. The SPH/BA/CG is a Dry Break (Non-spill) coupling with a bayonet locking system, making it highly suitable for environments where heavy vibration may occur.

With their compact design and low pressure drop, SPH couplings are ideal for connecting cooling plates. An optional overpressure release valve is available to prevent pressure build-up caused by temperature changes.

Available in nominal bores of 3, 5, 8, 10, 12 and 16 mm.

If misalignment compensation is required when connecting cooling plate assemblies, we recommend the Stäubli CGO or CGD series.

SPB | Ultra-Compact

The most compact dry break cooling couplings on the market.

Specifically developed for electronics cooling where zero spillage is essential. Simple push-in connection and one-button disconnection.

Seals can be adapted to your coolant, and the couplings can be supplied in different colours to distinguish between circuits.
