  • Compressed Air, Water & Gases: Reliable solutions for all your connections.
  • Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals: Precision and minimal contamination risks.
  • Small Bore (MCB/MCR02): Compact efficiency.
  • Modular & Versatile (RBE): Adaptability for every requirement.
  • High-Pressure Applications (RBL): Robustness for extreme conditions.
  • Cooling Circuits (RMI): Efficient cooling without leakage.
  • Non-Spill (NCB/SPC): Clean and efficient operation.
  • Fuel Filling Systems (VSU): Safe fuel supply.

GPL | Free and Large Bore

The GPL coupling provides a completely free and large bore.

With bores of 25, 33 and even 50 mm, it enables extremely high flow rates of water or air. The hardened plug is locked in place with three pins for maximum safety. Connection is simple by pushing in; disconnection by pulling back the sleeve.

Working pressures up to 10 bar are possible. Seal materials can be tailored to your medium.

MCB: Compact Design for Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Marine Applications

The MCB is a compact dry break (non-spill) coupling, entirely manufactured from stainless steel 316L, and available in nominal bores of 3.5 and 8 mm.

Features

  • Virtually no disconnection loss (MCB03: 0.001 cc)
  • Robust construction
  • Male plug made of hardened and ground steel for extended durability
  • Long guidance surface to absorb mechanical stress and vibration
  • Automatic locking — no need to retract the sleeve when connecting
  • Working pressures up to 100 bar (MCB03)
  • Available with various seals: NBR, FPM (Viton), EPDM, or FFKM (Kalrez)

Options

  • Electro-polishing
  • Oxygen applications
  • Oil- and grease-free finish
  • FDA or USP compliance

HCB Series: Dry Break Coupling with Multiple Options

The HCB is supplied as standard in stainless steel 316L, designed for demanding environments. Available in nominal bores of 3, 5, 8, 12, 16 and 20 mm, and suitable for pressures up to 350 bar (HCB03). Applicable with gases, vacuum and liquids.

This dry break (non-spill) coupling ensures virtually no air inclusion or fluid loss during disconnection. With a broad range of seals and multiple non-interchangeable versions available, the HCB is particularly suited to the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

Thanks to its user-friendly bayonet locking system, the HCB is compact yet offers good flow capacity with low pressure drop. Multiple threaded or pipe connections are available, and Tri-Clamp connections can be supplied on request.

MCR02 | Smallest Bore

With its 2 mm bore, the MCR02 is Stäubli’s smallest coupling. Operable with one hand.

  • Maximum working pressure: 10 bar
  • Applications: compressed air, liquids, gases

RBL | High-Pressure Applications

The RBL series in stainless steel 316L complements the well-known RBE series, designed for critical high-pressure applications such as hydrogen.

Its construction, based on the RBE, uses a modified push-button design to increase the contact surface.

RBE: Versatile Series with Multiple Configurations

Available in five nominal bores from 3 to 19 mm and three main materials ranging from chrome steel to stainless steel 316L. The couplings can be supplied in virtually all valve configurations and with nearly any seal type. Pressure ratings range from 450 bar down to an almost absolute vacuum of 0.001 Torr.

The RBE series also offers numerous options such as key coding to prevent cross-connection of different media, panel mounting, and push-button designs. Special surface treatments, cleanroom packaging and many other options are possible.

For gases and liquids, the RBE is a cost-effective quick coupling with unmatched versatility and quality.

Modular design

The RBE coupling is modular in design, allowing for a wide range of configurations.

NCB: The Essential Choice for Toxic or Aggressive Media

The NCB is a dry break coupling, ensuring zero spillage and no air inclusion. It is the ideal choice for toxic, expensive or odorous media.

Supplied as standard in stainless steel 316L, but also available in Monel, Duplex 2000, Hastelloy and other corrosion-resistant materials. Seal options cover almost every application — from solvents to highly aggressive chemicals.

Available in four sizes from 4 to 20 mm nominal bore. Attractive protective caps and plugs are included as standard.

Depending on the locking system, working pressures up to 160 bar are possible. Whether for sampling or container filling hoses, Stäubli provides maximum safety and reliability.

RMI | Cooling Water and Thermal Oil

The RMI series is widely used in plastics and aluminium die-casting industries for (cooling) water and thermal oil applications.

Available in bores from 6 to 37 mm, with multiple seals for higher temperatures. Different valve configurations allow you to choose which side of the line to close.

Multiple connection types available (threaded, hose barbs at various angles). Hardened plugs and robust locking sleeves ensure long service life. Compact design ensures excellent flow with low pressure drop.

VSU | Fuel Filling Systems

The Stäubli VSU series represents high-quality couplings for liquid and gas applications. With robust construction and advanced sealing technology, they provide reliable, safe connections — essential in industrial environments.

Known for precision and durability, the VSU series is a preferred choice in automotive, aerospace and manufacturing. Whether for hydraulic, pneumatic, coolant or fuel applications, VSU couplings deliver efficiency, safety and reliability.

SPC | Non-Spill Stainless Steel

The SPC coupling is a stainless steel solution developed by Stäubli to compensate for misalignment between two coupling halves. Available in bores of 3, 5, 8, 12 and 20 mm, with maximum working pressures up to 450 bar.

Leak-free design prevents contamination and air inclusion. Multiple sealing options are available. Misalignment compensation of 0.25 to 0.5 mm is possible.
