Motorsport and Automotive Quick Couplings

Discover the Best Motorsport and Automotive Quick Couplings

Here you will find a wide selection of high-quality motorsport and automotive quick couplings that will take your performance to the next level.

CBR02 | Up to 300 bar

Suitable for brake lines, hydraulic steering lines, venting connections on brake lines and callipers, and couplings for nitrogen filling of shock absorbers.

Made of titanium, the product is extremely light and robust. Simple to connect and disconnect thanks to its bayonet lock. Naturally, the coupling is dry break, preventing air inclusion during connection and oil loss during disconnection. Two colour options are available for easy identification. Seal materials can be tailored to your application.

SPH/BA

Undoubtedly the finest range of quick couplings for motorsport on the market.

Available in nominal bores of 3, 5, 8, 12 and 16 mm. Manufactured from high-grade aluminium or even titanium for higher working pressures. Suitable for all on-track and off-road applications: brakes, clutches, shock absorbers and refuelling. No air inclusion when connecting, enabling brake callipers to be replaced without bleeding.

No fluid losses during disconnection, so no more oil leakage on hot engine parts. Easy to connect, highly resistant to vibration and pressure surges. Minimal size and weight, yet with maximum flow capacity — the SPH/BA is a true high-tech series.

SPM

The Stäubli SPM Dry Break (Non-spill) coupling enables fast gearbox oil filling without the risk of spillage. An optional filling reservoir is available.

RMI-EA

This aluminium coupling offers very low weight and large nominal bores of 9, 12 and even 16 mm. Designed primarily for cooling systems, it withstands pressures up to 16 bar. Featuring shut-off valves on both sides, coolant remains in the system during disconnection with only a few cc of loss.

SPT

A complete range of FIA-approved products for refuelling, fuel sampling, tank venting and safety breakaway in crash situations. Available in 5, 8 and 12 mm bores. Lightweight thanks to high-strength aluminium materials, with excellent flow capacity. Dry Break (Non-Spill) design ensures no fluid losses. A wide range of accessories is available, including metal and rubber dust caps. Special models are offered for extreme rally applications.

SAF 45

The most televised coupling, even if only for 8 seconds at a time. The Stäubli refuelling coupling delivers ultra-fast pit stop refuelling. At the same time, a parallel ventilation line returns displaced tank vapours.

Safety

No explosion risk from escaping vapours. If the levers are not pressed down, the coupling closes, unlocking and automatically disconnecting. Even if the driver releases the brakes too early, it prevents pit lane accidents. A version is also available without a pump installation, where a complete fuel reservoir is discharged into the tank within seconds.

Leak-free, safe and fast — fully FIA compliant.

High-Pressure Hoses

For OEM customers we offer a full range of plastic hoses for high and low pressure applications. Options include PU outer layers for wear resistance or braided reinforcement in stainless steel, steel or plastic. Nominal bores from 3 to 25 mm. Couplings available in steel or light alloys, suitable for press fit or hand assembly. Special designs are always possible.

JAC Lances and Lifting Cylinders

Stäubli JAC Lance

Specially designed to lift race cars instantly. With a connection force of only 80 N, a 40 bar connection is achieved in a fraction of a second. Two variants are available to suit team pit stop strategies. Constructed from extremely robust materials, the lance includes a swivel for ease of use. Stäubli can even supply a complete solution from cylinder to race car.

Stäubli JAC Lifting Cylinders

Used together with the lance to lift vehicles quickly and reliably for tyre changes. Two diameters are available: 50 and 60 mm. By increasing the filling pressure (up to 40 bar), the cylinders extend 230 mm, lifting the tyres clear of the asphalt. Custom stroke lengths are available. Venting ensures the cylinders retract in fractions of a second, ready for immediate race restart.

Safety

No heavy springs are used inside the cylinder. Magnetic locking ensures cylinders never get caught behind curbstones, even when depressurised.

Naturally, mounting accessories are available for routing 40 bar air lines inside the cars, as well as stands for safely positioning cars during extended pit work.
