The RBS 06 series couplings are stainless steel 316 push-button operated compressed air safety quick couplings. By pressing the black button, the coupling shuts off the air supply, vents the hose, and holds it securely. A second press releases the hose. The hose can also be left connected without pressure. This coupling complies with health and safety regulations and the ISO 4414 safety standard.
The RBS can be used with all plugs conforming to ISO 6150-C. With a 6 mm nominal bore, pressure drop is limited when used with small hand tools.
The RBS06 is designed for corrosive environments where high material standards are required. It is widely used in the food industry and on food processing machinery. Plugs are available in hardened 13% chromium steel or stainless steel 316L. Beware of imitations — they do not match the quality or the 10-year warranty.
The RBS06 can replace the following couplings: Cejn 291; Gromelle 18600; Oetiker DN 06/sc K; Rectus 18; Transair 9D-01.
The ISO 7241 series is an internationally recognised standard ensuring compatibility and interchangeability of quick couplings in hydraulic systems. It defines dimensions, performance requirements and technical specifications, allowing manufacturers and users worldwide to rely on consistent, safe and reliable connections.

The BH model quick couplings are stainless steel 316 screw-to-connect couplings designed for the highest working pressures. They are fully interchangeable with the Faster VVS series. The couplings are available with aluminium dust caps to protect the disconnected halves against damage. Please note: these couplings must not be connected or disconnected under pressure.
Although supplied as standard with FKM (Viton©) seals for excellent oil resistance, alternative sealing materials are available to make the couplings suitable for a wide variety of media.
Thanks to the robust screw locking system, a safe and high-quality connection is ensured between the coupling halves. For optimum safety, the couplings feature a burst pressure at least 2.5 times higher than the rated working pressure.

The BF model dry break couplings are stainless steel 316 couplings, conforming to ISO 16028 and NFPA T3.20.15 (North American standard). Fully interchangeable with all brands using this international standard.
The design guarantees no spillage or air inclusion during disconnection. This prevents contamination and spongy hydraulic systems. A simple safety lock prevents accidental disconnection. Standard FKM (Viton©) seals are supplied, with alternative materials available for different media. Burst pressure is at least 2.5 times higher than the rated working pressure.
The BM model quick couplings are stainless steel 316 screw-to-connect couplings, designed for high working pressures where the connection must be made under pressure using a threaded locking mechanism. The couplings are available with aluminium dust caps to protect the disconnected parts against damage.

The SPC coupling is a stainless steel solution developed by Stäubli to compensate for misalignment between two coupling halves. Available in bores of 3, 5, 8, 12 and 20 mm, with maximum working pressures up to 450 bar.
Leak-free design prevents contamination and air inclusion. Multiple sealing options are available. Misalignment compensation of 0.25 to 0.5 mm is possible.
The HCB is supplied as standard in stainless steel 316L, designed for demanding environments. Available in nominal bores of 3, 5, 8, 12, 16 and 20 mm, and suitable for pressures up to 350 bar (HCB03). Applicable with gases, vacuum and liquids.
This dry break (non-spill) coupling ensures virtually no air inclusion or fluid loss during disconnection. With a broad range of seals and multiple non-interchangeable versions available, the HCB is particularly suited to the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
Thanks to its user-friendly bayonet locking system, the HCB is compact yet offers good flow capacity with low pressure drop. Multiple threaded or pipe connections are available, and Tri-Clamp connections can be supplied on request.
The stainless steel 33 couplings are designed for large-diameter hoses and heavy pneumatic tools.
The NCB is a dry break coupling, ensuring zero spillage and no air inclusion. It is the ideal choice for toxic, expensive or odorous media.
Supplied as standard in stainless steel 316L, but also available in Monel, Duplex 2000, Hastelloy and other corrosion-resistant materials. Seal options cover almost every application — from solvents to highly aggressive chemicals.
Available in four sizes from 4 to 20 mm nominal bore. Attractive protective caps and plugs are included as standard.
Depending on the locking system, working pressures up to 160 bar are possible. Whether for sampling or container filling hoses, Stäubli provides maximum safety and reliability.
