Modern, lightweight ISO 15552 cylinder

The HDM is a double-acting, magnetic ISO 15552 cylinder with adjustable end cushioning. This cylinder features the polyurethane (PU) seals as standard and has a piston made of solid aluminium, which contributes to a longer service life.

The DMCA is the successor to Pemaks' PMY (ISO 15552, formerly ISO6431) cylinders. The DMCA is a magnetic ISO cylinder with pneumatic end-stroke cushioning in which extreme care has been taken to save weight. So you save substantially on your purchase costs because you no longer buy unnecessary aluminium!

Despite the low pricing, we do not lose sight of the high quality requirements. The piston rod seal is fitted with an extra Hytrel wiper ring to keep out dirt and moisture, guaranteeing a longer service life. The piston is made of solid aluminium and of course we use polyurethane seals on the brushed cylinder tube for the best lifetime. In short: no technical compromise made and still excellent pricing. The DMCA is also available with an ATEX certificate, special models or materials are available on request.

Powerfull ISO 15552 cylinder suitable for heavy industry

UDM is the powerhouse of ISO 15552 cylinders with diameters from 160mm to 320mm (larger diameters on request). The cast caps are precisely machined to provide precise and light running even under the heaviest loads. It is a magnetic cylinder with pneumatic end cushioning and is widely used in heavy industry.

The UDM, like all ISO 15552 cylinders, is available with an ATEX certificate on request. 

The UDM is also available with through piston rod.
