Modern, lightweight ISO 15552 cylinder

The H-series cylinders are ISO 15552 compliant and equipped and fitted with wear-resistant polyurethane (PU) seals as standard. Heat-resistant FKM seals can be fitted to the cylinders upon request.

A suitable cylinder is available for every application in terms of dimensions, materials and design, for example, a stainless steel 316 piston rod, a hollow piston rod, internal thread on the rod, no end-stroke cushioning or no magnet in the piston. The H series is also available with an ATEX certificate

Whatever version you choose, the cylinders always feature a strong aluminium piston and the hard-chromed C45 piston rod and remain very competitively priced. This is not only better for the environment but also for pricing. This weight saving does not compromise the quality of the H series.

Industrial or extra robust for the agricultural industry

In addition to the standard version for industrial use, the PMK series is also available in the robust RC version. This version was specially developed for use in the agricultural sector and comes standard with high-quality corrosion-resistant aluminium and a special wiper ring to keep out dirt. This type of cylinder is widely used in milking parlours as a safety feature on access gates.

The integrated lock is available for cylinder bores of 63 mm and 80 mm, for fixation in the retracted position, extended position, or both positions. For optimal performance, pressure must be present on both sides of the piston. Therefore, actuation with a 5/3 valve with open centre position is not recommended.
